RETURN POLLICY

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO START A RETURN:

1. Enter your five digit order number in the form below along with your email address. Our system will create a return label. Returns are $8.95 per order. *

All returns must be sent back to our warehouse within 10 days of customer receipt. Any returns received after that time period will be shipped back to the customer.

2. Products must be returned in new condition with their original packaging, including the shoe box and any attached tags. To ensure the original shoe box remains undamaged, please place it inside another box or a shipping bag. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. If the shoe box is damaged (e.g., taped shut), we will not be able to resell the shoes as new, and a refund will not be issued.

Please note that some items are not eligible for return.

​We will refund the money back to your original payment method within ten business days of receiving your return.
